Green White Health and Care is trusted by local authorities who place children and young people in our care because we produce the right outcomes for them and the young people. We are ambitious for our young people and support them to aspire to reach their potentials. We support parents and others in the child's network to provide authoritative care that ensures that they are protected from harm and neglect and that meaningful change is achieved and sustained.
We believe that central to our work is the genuine respect and validation we give to the lived experiences of our clients, enabling them to feel confident to co-produce plans that achieve results.
When we admit children and young people in our homes or undertake direct work with families, we start by asking them their ‘best hopes’ and the focus of our work centres on what has been identified by the client and others important to them.
Our practice model has core principles but the practice itself depends on the needs of our children and their families.
The identified needs leads us to decide which practice model, staff or team is best for a child, young person or family.
As a result, we allocate the best skills and resources to achieve the ‘best hopes’.
This reaffirms the individuality and rights of everybody and their family and therefore we engage people based on their own circumstances, child’s timeframe, wishes and expectations.
We are involved with children, young people and their families in order to support them to have better outcomes. We provide multidisciplinary approaches from different professional backgrounds and we work towards sustainable outcomes that enable children and young people to thrive.

The right for young people to fully participate in the solutions to their problems. As a result, we believe in co-production; children and young people being part of discussions, design and implementation of services and activities for them.
In practice, this means that we ensure that there are honest and open conversations but at the same time adults and staff will take the lead but sometimes young people will also lead projects and meetings. We ensure our young people have access to advocates, complaints and compliments.
Respect for self, personal spaces, and property. We support all our clients and staff to value their self-worth and respect the individuality of others including the resources we commit to our work and our properties.
Every child matters for us and we openly embrace differences and diversity and expect our young people, families and staff to uphold these values.
